Order Placement
Orders are considered confirmed once payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation upon successful order placement.
Pricing:
• All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.
Stock Availability

Shipping Locations

Customer Responsibilities:

• Be available to receive the delivery. Missed deliveries may incur additional charges.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers must inspect their orders upon delivery. Any issues, such as damages or incorrect items, must be reported immediately. Signing the delivery receipt signifies acceptance of the goods in their stated condition.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of tiling and flooring materials, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed for orders that are canceled before dispatch or for defective items reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Process for Returns:

• Provide photographic evidence for damaged or incorrect items.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after approval.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting us directly. After this period, cancellations are subject to whether the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.

Product Warranty
Our flooring and tiling products are covered under a standard warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
